BUSHWICK BROOKLYN

Inspiring Local Art, Food, Drinks and More

The Most Colorful Neighborhood In Brooklyn.

Bushwick, which neighbors Brooklyn's popular Williamsburg neighborhood, has a complex past. In the 19th century, it was a vital part of America's beer history and was known as the beer capital, but by the 1970s, all of the breweries in Bushwick had closed. Although neglected for a while, in recent years Bushwick has experienced a renaissance.

Bushwick has become an increasingly vibrant and diverse neighborhood. A wave of new restaurants, studios, vintage stores, boutiques and galleries has helped turn the factory facades of Bushwick into canvases.
